Software System/Business Senior Analyst

- Actively works with product manager and management to understand strategic business objectives, and analyze and document customer business needs and system requirements for software projects. Works on the product road map and systems back log.

- Define and document the system functional requirements, analyses dependencies, and communicates with software development teams and different stakeholders.

- Support development and testing engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle.

- Plan and work flexibly with multiple project teams to ensure deliverables are consistent across different platforms, and meet the acceptance criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline.

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Software projects.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Professional in writing BRD use cases

- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle

- Excellent communication and Presentation skills

- Fluent in English.
