Job description
The People & Culture Director will lead the development and execution of Si-Ware’s People & Culture strategy, ensuring that our people, organization, and culture enable the company’s business objectives and long-term growth.
This role will partner closely with executive leadership to attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing talent while building a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous development. The People & Culture Director will provide strategic leadership across the full employee lifecycle and drive organizational effectiveness as Si-Ware continues to grow and evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the People & Culture strategy in alignment with Si-Ware’s business strategy, priorities, and growth plans.
Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and people-related business decisions.
Lead and continuously enhance talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Drive organizational development, culture transformation, and change management initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Develop and maintain effective job architecture, job evaluation, career progression, and talent management frameworks.
Oversee succession planning and talent reviews to build strong leadership and critical talent pipelines.
Strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture through initiatives that promote collaboration, accountability, innovation, and inclusion.
Leverage people analytics, workforce metrics, and HR insights to identify trends and support data-driven business and workforce decisions.
Ensure People & Culture policies, programs, and practices are scalable, consistent, and aligned with the company’s evolving organizational needs.
Lead, coach, and develop the People & Culture team, building strong HR capabilities and ensuring effective delivery across the organization.
Build a high-performance culture that recognizes contribution, supports employee development, and enables sustainable business growth.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or relevant professional HR certification is a plus.
20+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in senior HR/People leadership roles.
Proven experience developing and executing People & Culture or HR strategies within complex and growing organizations.
Experience within technology, engineering, semiconductor, manufacturing, or other innovation-driven organizations is highly preferred.
Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive and senior leadership teams.
Strong understanding of modern HR practices, people analytics, and organizational effectiveness.
