B2B Marketing Lead

Job description

As a Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating demand generation strategies and campaigns to generate quality leads and revenues to Si-Ware. You’ll be required to manage Si-Ware’s presence and visibility across different online and offline channels and manage customer engagements at different touch points throughout their buying decision journey. You’ll also play an important role in ensuring the high level of effectiveness and efficiency of customer engagement activities in terms of time and cost, report the outcomes of those activities, and propose ways to continuously improve lead generation and nurturing efforts.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align objectives of demand generation efforts and to evaluate their outcomes for continuous improvement.

  • Work with Si-Ware’s partners to plan and execute demand generation activities.

  • Manage Si-Ware’s presence across different online channels including website, social media, emails, and other communication and sales channels.

  • Develop content calendar to plan campaigns that meet the requirements of Si-Ware’s marketing plans and objectives across different channels.

  • Manage marketing database and emails.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure availability of content that satisfies the customer needs at different stages of customers’ journey.

  • Work with different teams to develop tools and automate processes that facilitate customer journey, and track customers’ engagement and conversion throughout the customers’ buying journey.

  • Analyze marketing performance data and draw recommendations for enhancements.

  • Manage preparation, execution, and analysis of Si-Ware’s presence in tradeshows and industry events.

  • Help in estimating demand generation budgets and forecasts, and analyzing ROI.

Job requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing initiatives. Including leading and managing SEOs, marketing database, email, social media

  • Hands-on experience with tools for managing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience in content development and management

  • Hands-on experience with marketing performance management

  • Experience in managing creative agencies and content creators.

  • Excellent communication skills in all different forms: oral, written, and technical documentation.

  • Previous experience in managing marketing initiatives for global markets is a big plus.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in B2B demand generation.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, and Salesforce.

  • Experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.

  • Proven experience managing and executing campaigns across different online channels.

  • Excellent command of English language (Spoken and written).

  • Best candidates are expected to be initiative takers, outspoken, creative, able to communicate with cross-functional teams, and customer-oriented.
