Hardware Systems Development Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Electronics Hardware / PCB Development Engineer to support the design, verification, and testing of electronic subsystems for new products. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate or early-career engineer who is eager to gain hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB layout, simulation, and lab debugging within a multidisciplinary product development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of electronic subsystems for sensor interfacing, power management, and basic battery management.

• Translate schematic designs into manufacturable PCB layouts and support layout verification.

• Perform functional simulations and support system and subsystem verification activities.

• Support PCB bring-up, testing, characterization, and hands-on debugging.

• Assist in evaluating electronic components and validating component selection through testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, PCB manufacturers, and suppliers from prototype to production.

• Document designs, test results, and participate in design reviews.

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (0–2 years of experience).

• Basic knowledge of electronics design and PCB testing; hands-on lab experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with MATLAB and/or Simulink is preferred.

• Exposure to battery management systems or digital signal processing is a plus.

• Self-motivated, fast learner, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
