Job description

As a content and communications lead, you’ll take ownership of content strategy and development across all key channels and formats. From planning to execution, you’ll ensure that our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand and business goals. You’ll collaborate with different team members to coordinate the creation of high-quality content—from social media and web pages to brochures, email campaigns, blogs, and video scripts. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our communications resonate with our audience and support the success of our marketing initiatives.

Job description

  • Develop and execute a strategic content and communications plan aligned with company goals.

  • Own the creation and maintenance of content development calendars across all formats and channels.

  • Plan, draft, edit, and distribute content for a wide range of formats including:

    • Website and landing pages

    • Blog articles and whitepapers

    • Social media posts and campaigns

    • Sales and product brochures

    • Presentations and slide decks

    • Email sequences and newsletters

    • Video scripts and visual storyboards

    • Webinars, event support materials, and internal communications

  • Translate complex, scientific, and technical topics into engaging, easy-to-understand messaging

  • Tailor tone, structure, and complexity of content to technical and scientifically inclined B2B audiences.

  • Ensure brand voice and tone consistency across all content types

  • Partner with designers and video editors when needed to bring campaigns to life.

  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation across relevant digital touchpoints

  • Ensure all content undergoes appropriate reviews and approvals before publication

  • Support the development of messaging frameworks for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives

  • Regularly report on content KPIs to guide future strategy

Job requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, or communications roles.

  • Strong background in B2B marketing and working with technical or scientific topics.

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing content strategies across multiple formats.

  • Hands-on experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page optimization.

  • Skilled in social media content development and platform-specific content planning.

  • Proficiency in content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush, Search Console).

  • Experience with CMS and marketing platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot).

  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for clarity and consistency.

  • Experience in briefing graphic designers with design and creative directions for different visual communication formats e.g. photos, videos, …etc.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.

  • Collaborative and comfortable working across departments.

  • Self-driven and proactive with a high sense of ownership.

  • Comfortable working in an in-office environment with a dynamic team.
